Kenwyn Martial Arts Centre has been offering instruction and training in Karate since 2001. Located in Cape Town, Western Cape, Kenwyn Martial Arts Centre has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.

Headed by Kamal Hamdulay and a staff of assistant instructors and managers, including Viviene Sebastian,Carmen Sebastian and Chris Williams. Kenwyn Martial Arts Centre offers a number of programs for Tae Bo,physical fitness,self defense and Karate.

KMAC conducts Assistant Instructor trainee courses from green belt up to black belt. 

We have also trained the Cape metro Police,Traffic and law enforcement in a self defense fitness program for FIFA football  Worldcup 2010 readiness.
